What the form collects
When the form is available, it asks for:

- Firm name
- Firm website, if you choose to provide one
- Whether you use Clio Grow: Yes, No, or Not sure
- Which services you want to discuss, if you choose any
- What you would like to improve, if you choose to write a note of up to 1000 characters
The form asks you to leave out client names, case details, and other confidential information. Do not include them.
Why it is collected
You send a request so IntakeNorth can contact you about a free 20-minute introductory review of your intake process. Submitting the form does not book an appointment, join a mailing list, or give consent for marketing text messages.
How a request is delivered
Online requests are not being accepted right now, so this site is not sending form submissions.
This website does not store inquiry answers in your browser, and it does not connect to a firm's CTM or Clio account.
